Refund policy

OVERVIEW

Items may be returned subject to the following:

• All returns must be approved by Ecofreen for a return authorization and an RMA#
• A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return.
• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Initial and return shipping charge will not be refunded.
• Return shipping charge will be on the customer.
• Total refund will amount to the original price you paid minus the shipping charges. Refund will be credited back to your account AFTER we receive the item back and have confirmed that all return conditions have been met. All refunds will be issued in the form of which the original payment was made, and it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
• NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
