Instructions
Step 1: Place your Ecofreen DTF Transfer Film onto your platen. Confirm that the matte side is facing up (print side).
Step 2: Using Kothari NeoRip, adjust your settings to the following:
- Print Order: Print CMYK first, then white after.
- Mirror image
Step 3: Send your job and press print.
Step 4: Take your newly printed film to your powder section (Do not apply powder near your F2100).
- Apply powder and coat evenly by moving the print back and forth.
- Flick the non-print side to remove any excess powder that is not on the ink.
Step 5: Bake your print on a heat press at 350oF between 100 to 120 seconds.
- You will know your print is ready once the powder is melted and gives off a glazed appearance.
Step 6: Place your print onto your garment and heat press at 350oF for 10 seconds.
Step 7: Our transfer film is a cold peel so set aside until the film is completely cool. Slowly peel off the film from the garment and your newly DTF garment is complete!
